Variations: This Document was prepared using the best information available at the time of preparation. It is an estimate, It is the best estimate that can be produced but it is still an estimate. The precise net costs/proceeds will not be determinable until shortly before the closing is conducted. Positive/Negative Results: A Positive result for the Buyer reveals how much they will pay at closing and, rarely, A Negative result will reveal that they will receive funds at closing. A positive result for the seller reveals how much they will receive at closing while a negative result reveals that they will bring funds to closing.
