We employ some of the finest title professionals in Florida. Our staff has more than a century of experience, and we bring that knowledge to every transaction, ensuring a successful conclusion. Not only is experience key to our success, so is education. Our staff of closing personnel attends continuing education classes on a regular basis. Scott and Ann Parsons have both been in the title business for nearly half a century. They both have been awarded the Certified Land Title Closer Designation, and Scott also holds a Certified Land Title Searcher designation, all accredited by the Florida Land Title Association.
